Samsung A52 5G Comcast voice - For two of my contacts, when I get a text, I get the audio tone of receipt but there is no notification on the home screen. But if I go to the Messages listing of their texts I see the new messages from these two contacts. This is a recent change from previous behavior. What is wrong?
Go to your settings. Do a search for "badges". Badges in case you don't know would be the little numbers on the app to let you know you have notifications for that app. If I understand your problem right it could be that your badges settings need adjusting.
