A Series & Other Mobile
I was taking a few photos of me And my friends, and when I went to check them, it said that they where unsupported files, even though they were jpg's. Is there any way to fix this?

Rebooting (restart) the mobile phone may fix the unsupported format error when opening photos. It reopens the operating system, usually fixing the bugs or technical glitches that might be causing the photo error on Android.

1. low phone memory
2. SD card corruption due to improper mounting of SD card
