Deleted call log by mistake. How to  retrieve or restore recent phone calls

Deleting the call log is permanent and cannot be undone.  How do you do it by mistake?  When you go to delete it, it warns you it's permanent and cannot be undone and you have to confirm.

Have you reached out to your carrier and asked for a printed copy of your phone calls or checked your phone call history on their website?

If you have created backups of your phone in the past, call logs are typically included in that. You might be able to restore them via that method.

You should be able to go to your account in your carrier's app or website.  You should be able to get a list of all your phone calls on your monthly bills/usage report.  My usage shows incoming and outgoing calls. It only shows the numbers, though, no caller ID, so you'd have to know when the call you were looking for was made/received, but you should be able to find it.
