Samsung can't help you recover your password. You will have to figure out the password on your own. BTW, are you talking about the phone password or the password to a specific file? Either way, Samsung cannot help you with it. If you want to get into your phone and forgot the password, you will have to factory reset your phone and restore your backup. The factory reset will erase your password and you will have to set one up again.
