A Series & Other MobileDear Community,
I had brought a brand new Samsung Galaxy A15 5G (6/128) variant before some days. I noticed that when I am restarting the phone, it takes 35 to 60 seconds to start from vibrating on start. It takes a security update and takes around 3 minutes to restart. Summery is at normal restart it takes around 30 to 60 seconds and for Software Update, it takes around 3 minutes. Is it normal? For normal operation, I did not facing any lag issues. Sometimes on normal restart, it takes 1 to 2 minutes time for viewing 'Optimizing Apps' without any update. Is all this issues are normal for this device?

A Series & Other MobileShould I use auto schedule restart feature which includes in One UI 6.1? Does several time restarting phone could damage or harm my device hardware? I want to set weekly once auto schedule restart. Thanks on advance.

A Series & Other MobileYes, you should schedule you phone to auto restart at least once a week for proper optimization of your phone. Multiple restarts will not harm your phone. Set the re-start time for a time you are normally not using your phone but avoid overnight, as that's when backups take place. 4 or 5 a.m. seems like a good time. Be aware, though, that the phone will not restart if it's in use or has been within an hour or so of the set time, so it would be normal if it missed a restart, as it does not "catch up". It will just restart at the next scheduled time.

A Series & Other MobileI have mine scheduled for 1 p.m. every Monday. I am sure not to be using the phone at that time, as I am either swimming or using my computer.
