It’s under wifi settings in near the top right there is a little barcode button click on that it will scan QR Codes. Also, if you just use your camera app in the Samsung, it might be able to pull up a QR code if you point your camera at one. Cheers and bottoms up!
You assume I have no knowledge just because something does not work for you. It is *possible* low end phones don't have the capacity, but I have had phones at all price points, from different brands snd there was never one that didn't scan a QR code since the existence of QR codes.
QR code scanner is nowhere to be found. Camera does not do it. I do not have the option in Samsung internet. Now I don't have it in Microsoft 365. I have Android 12 version.
