I have a Galaxy a15 5G that has a cracked screen that also has a screen lock yet even though I have try to do a soft reset because I have information stored on this phone that has not been backed up and I can't afford to lose its irreplaceable does anybody have any ideas or somebody else I can contact I have tried contacting my service provider and Samsung and neither have been any help. Also the reason I cannot get in through the screen lock is that I did not set it it was glitching and doing all kinds of weird things and it said itself and I do not know the code to it
Have you tried the find my device option? Go to find my device on the web then sign in your Google account locate your device and select it, check if it has an option to lock it, if it does press it and set a new pin and after a few you should unlock your phone with the new pin.
I hope this method works, it doesn't on all devices and if doesn't work the only other thing to try is to connect it to a computer using smart switch and check if it asks to do a backup without the need of a pin.
If not my friend you are out of luck and reset is the only way forward. Sorry š
