A Series & Other MobileI recently purchased a Samsung A16, and unfortunately, it fell from my desk (about 80cm) despite having a protective cover. While the phone's components are still functioning, the internal display is damaged, but the outer display has no scratches. I can't help but wonder if Samsung made it this fragile intentionally or if I was just unlucky. After applying for ADLD (Accidental Damage & Liquid Damage) service, no one has shown up for the pickup. I'm unsure what to do nowāshould I trust Samsung and its services?
