Recently (since the January 2025 Android update, but I can't sure the timing is that precise) I've had several Bluetooth issues with my A25:
1. Playing (Spotify) to the car stereo (2015 Honda C-RV), I get occasional drops/stutters in the sound. Even when I've downloaded the tracks ahead of time, and made sure the phone is out in the open (not sitting on it, etc.). It will glitch for a while, then be fine for most of the time. And it seems to happen specifically (although not exclusively) when I drive through a specific part of the neighborhood. (Interference?) I'm not hearing that with other speakers/devices, and it only started fairly recently.
2. Today, the action button on my Shokz OpenRun headset stopped working (usually pauses/resumes the music). Thought maybe the phone didn't fully get the device capabilities or something when I last connected, so I disconnected and tried re-pairing. Turned out to be a mistake, because now:
3. The most SERIOUS problem is that I can no longer pair with my Shokz OpenRun headset. (I can pair that headset with my laptop, so I doubt the headset itself is the problem.) A Scan finds the headset right away. But after several seconds of "Pairing...", it fails with "Couldn't connect".
I've "Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections" and cleared the phone's cache partition. Still no joy.
There's no app for this model of headset, so it doesn't depend on that for pairing or anything else.
Any other suggestions, deeper diagnostics, etc.?
