A Series & Other MobileDo anyone have a solution to my samsung A50 not receiving or make calls because of no network on my phone, i only receive or make calls through WiFi calling only. I called my network provider, they say it is from mySamsung A50, and i last received software update on my phone last year.

Please note, Wi-Fi Calling is a feature provided by your carrier.

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
