Hello there, thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Community. What troubleshooting steps have you tried with the application?

First thing to try is clearing the app's cache. You can do so by going to Settings > Apps > find and scroll for the app Samsung Health > tap Storage > tap Clear Cache. In addition, try restarting your phone, by either holding the side key until it starts powering off, or until the power menu comes up, and you tap Restart.

If the cache clear is not helpful, you may need to try a fresh uninstallation, then reinstallation. You can do this from either the Galaxy Store of the Google Play Store. You can also check it for updates as well, which you should always keep the application AND your A14 up to date. To check if your A14 is up to date, simply go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates

If a fresh installation also did not resolve the app's behavior, make sure to back up everything (guide to backing up and restoring your files and data is in the guide as well) and try a factory reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

Lastly, you can also replicate the conditions, and send an error report. This guide can display the steps for you: https://www.samsung.com/my/support/apps-services/how-to-send-an-error-report-on-your-galaxy-device/
