4, 6, and 8GB are currently offered. Being the A15 5G is a budget phone and already issued for more than one year, it's not likely Samsung Electronics Inc will change the ram.
I understand what you are saying fanboy22. I have Samsung A15 5G with 6GB ram. When I was in the market for a new phone I got the international version as I seen it had more ram and advertised to work with my carrier, these sold like hotcakes, brand new in Samsung retail box.
