I have an A35. After the new UI 7 update, my Bluetooth scrolling ring that could previously scroll up and down through TikTok videos no longer works. I disconnected from my bluetooth, forced it to forget the device, and reconnected and I reset the device and my phone and cleared my phone's cache after the update and it won't work. I believe it used accessibility settings that may have changed? The device is connecting and does have some control (e.g. I can turn off the screen by holding down the button) but the scrolling/screen control functionality was broken by the update. Does anyone have a fix for this??
It would be advisable to contact the ring's manufacturer, as they may need to release an update for compatibility with the new OS.
