A Series & Other MobileSmart switch for Windows saying to Update the Smart Switch app on the connected device. When I am clicking "Update Smart Switch" it tries to update but failed. My app is already updated from Google play store. I then uninstall the app and reinstalled from Galaxy Store. Still the Software saying to update the app on the connected device. My phone is detected by Windows and I can browse my phone storage using File Explorer. But it is not connecting to the Smart Switch Software. My phone model is Galaxy A52 (SM-A525F/DS). The software worked with my phone just two days ago, when the app has not any updates in play store. After installing new version (3.7.42.12), it is not working.
