A Series & Other MobileGood morning. I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 5G. I am including a couple of pictures to describe my problem. I currently have the Sirius XM App on my phone. When I swipe down to access the Quick Launch screen the Sirius banner is always displayed. If I hold my finger on it the remove button shows up but then it always comes back. I tried reaching out to Sirius but without being able to send a photo they had no idea what I was talking about. I tried every setting within the Sirius App and cannot figure a way to keep it permanently off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A Series & Other Mobile@Figureguy I would long press on the icon of the app. Click the circled i in the upper right of the dialog that pops up. Click Force stop in lower right.
I would also reach out to the developers of that app and see if they have a solution.

A Series & Other MobileThank you for responding. That works fine and it's easier than going into settings itself. I never really thought of it this way but you can force stop on an app but is there a way to keep an app off until you start it, Say by clicking on the icon yourself?

A Series & Other MobileI don't know why. Whenever I bring the app up at the bottom there is a banner at the bottom of the app that mirrors what is shown on the notifications/quick launch. I went into App Settings and it says Sirius is NOT running in the background. But I can't understand why that banner keeps popping up in quick launch.
