I bought a Samsung A71 5G from Samsung web site - locked to T mobile. I have used it a few months and wanted to unlocked it. I called T mobile and no matter how hard they try, the A71 5G does not show up in T mobile database. T Mobile tried multiple times and told me since I did not buy from T mobile, i have to call Samsung to unlock. I called Samsung, they told me they do not unlock phones. Samsung asked me to call T mobile. It is frustrating that no one knows how to unlock a phone that was bought from Samsung web site, locked to T Mobile. Any one has any idea how I can get the T Mobile Locked A71 5G bought from Samsung web site.?? Much appreciated.

Paul

I would recommend continuing to reach out to T-mobile for further assistance on unlocking the device from their network. If you are trying to go with a different carrier, you could also contact them directly if they can provide you any further options.
