āI can't change my hotspot band from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz please what can I do

A Series & Other MobileYou should be able to tap on the text where it says "band" and a menu will come up to check either 2.4 or 5gHz. Be aware, though, that if you check 5gHz, not every device you might want will be able to find or connect to it if they don't support 5gHz, especially older computers. that may not have a gigabit network card. Incidentally, I have no issue with speed at the 2.4GHz setting when my computer connects to my hotspot. If you don't see the option to change the band, your carrier (or phone) may not support 5GHz for the hotspot, especially if you have a carrier locked phone.
