I just recently posted a post on a subreddit on Reddit and my carrier Straight Talk Wireless hasn't released the Android 14 update to my phone at all so this is why I never received the update yet but this includes both carrier locked and unlocked devices of the Galaxy A13 5G so that's the problem this phone hasn't received it yet instead of security updates
