My phone changed to a weird color palette

There is a weird color pallette on my phone. I don't remember changing it but I might have accidentally pressed some settings while holding it.

It's maybe color inversion. Go to Settings >> search for 'color inversion' and turn it off

I've checked every color setting on my phone, but it still seems strange. If I enable dark mode, it makes most things normal, but the smaller things it doesn't fix, like the app notification indicator. I'm fine with having it, but if I could turn it off, I would like to.

Sorry I am a bit confused. So you turned 'color inversion' off and it didn't fix the issue or there is no 'color inversion' (Settings >> Accessibility >> Vision enhancements >> Color inversion)?

Seems like you have selected a color palette in settings. If you hold down on the wallpaper somewhere and click "Wallpaper and Settings" it'll show colors associated with your background or you can do "basic" colors.
