A Series & Other Mobile@yuhhh I understand how frustrating this can be. Have you reset the Network Settings?
Open the network settings.
-
Navigate to and open Settings. Search for and select Reset network settings.
-
Reset the network settings.
Tap Reset network settings again, and then tap Reset settings. You may be prompted to enter your security credentials. Tap Reset to finish.
Try connecting to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi while in Safe Mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983
The last troubleshooting step would be to do a complete backup and factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029
If you are still experiencing connection issues with the Bluetooth and WiFi, service would be recommended.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
