I've faced the worst buying experience.

They did not accept return.
Now I want refund with return.
I won't stop posting until I get it. 

Kill me if you want to stop me.

  • 11 May 2024:  I placed purchase order on https://www.daraz.com.np 
  • 14 May 2024: Received faulty (Fingerprint Sensor) phone on around 3-4 PM NPT. Found fault on finger right after unboxing. It didn't work a single time until tomorrow. Although, It worked only one time in around 20 touch.

  • 2024-05-16 : We visited SAMSUNG service center Janakpur, Nepal, (HIM electronics) with complaint. They updated the phone with new software (As they told us). . They told us to check the phone for 2–3 days.  But, it failed after working for 10 min to 20 min. We went to daraz-store (Janakpur branch) and requested return. Daraz accepted phone for return/refund.  

  • 2024-05-19/20: We got call saying that our return/refund has been declined. They did not mention any valid reason, except that we unboxed it. They returned the phone via Daraz saying that we have to keep the phone no matter what. 

  • 2014-05-23 (today): We have got call from Daraz saying that parcel is on our name. We told them to return it again as we won't accept faulty phone.

  • We won't accept the phone anymore because we had gone through a lot of trouble. Its service is worse.  We don't trust this brand and its service anymore.

Sorry, but you've reached the US based support forum. Since you purchased your phone from Daraz in Nepal, you would need to reach out to them or the Samsung community in your country for help.
