Xcover7 don't see SD Cards, NO reply from Samsung support

I have now tried twice (without any luck)  to get  Samsung Denmark support to help me with the problem  my new Galaxy Xcover 7 Enterprise Edition smartphone, that doesn't recognize ANY MICRO SD CARDS..

The phone works otherwise perfectly, (with exception of the surprisinf for me, lack of  backup of Secure Folder,now no longer being supported / working).

The problem with lack of usage of SD CARDS, does make this more or less useless for my fieldwork/IT Support maintaince..

sIince I have need to use this Xcover 7 for an easy way to temporary store Acronis backup files of the +500 PC's some +50 dufferent models, as I need to option to take back .TIB backup files back to My Datacenter Server for safe  keeping, since these PC's all are sandboxed (has no WAN connection only LAN for safety reasons) and USB devices are not allowed in the work space qua Security Reasons..
