Play store gift cards won't redeem

I bought two play store giftcards and they won't redeem after I update play store on my Samsung a13 what do I do can anyone help

If they are Google Play store gift cards, you would need to contact Google support with the number or website on the back of the card since Samsung has nothing to do with Google Gift cards
