Hello everyone. I could use some advice on what to do. My a54 that I purchased about a month and a half ago through an amazon.ca third party has been disabled by Samsung Mexico. It doesn't say why other than this device doesn't comply with Mexican regulations so it has been disabled.

I am in Canada so I have no idea why that has happened. I don't think the device is stolen as the seller is still on amazon and selling many different items. I keep getting the run around with tech support and they told me I'd have to pay and bring it in. Another told me to phone the Mexican tech support and since I don't speak spanish so that's not going to happen.

So were you in Mexico? Did you purchase it while in Mexico?

No I'm in Canada. I purchased it on amazon.ca if you read what I said.
