The Samsung Galaxy phones won't get the Android 11 beta update until November or December of this year. Or possibly not until January, February, or March of next year.
The Android 11 dev previews are for Pixel phones only.

Was said that it may come but since Samsung only focus on newer devices they may release it on the S20 earlier than S10 models so we'll probably have to wait early next year
