Can't receive same pricing?

Hi guys,

I was looking too purchase a galaxy book ultra a few days back. After the current cyber week promotion, trade-in, and educational discount, I was receiving a price of $1639.99 before tax.

When I logged in the same day, the price was $1939.99 (same device, same specs, same trade-in). I noticed the difference in price was due to the Educational discount going from $400 to $105.

I've tried reaching out through multiple chats, and unfortunately nobody has been of assistance, so I'm resorted to posting on here.

To the best of my understanding, it's not the promotion that changed, but the amount that the student discount applied for.
