Enable HYPER V in BIOS (Win11/Hp)

If anyone can walk me through enabling Hyper V on Windows 11. iKeep getting a ERROR when putting in my Admin Password. and then it shutts down.

This is for Win10, I couldn't find a MS site for Win11 Hyper-V.
