Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 - PIN isn't available

Hi, this morning I got some issues with my Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360. Fingerprint option is not working and PIN, too. "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0xd0000225)." This message appears on my screen. I searched several other cases which have similar experiences, but they didn't help. 

I want to know how I can access "Troubleshoot" mode as explained in the following video.  I tried pressing "shift" button and clicking "restart", but it didn't work. I really need help from anyone who knows. This is my only hope for now.

FIXED 'Your PIN is No Longer Available' on Windows 11/10 (2025)

I should fix this and log-in to my laptop ASAP. Please help me!
