I have recently acquired a 5120x1440 monitor (Phillips 499P) to use to dock my Book3 to.

For some reason, the laptop only seems to support the resolution (5120x1440) at up to 30hz. I can't seem to work out why as to my knowledge, the port is HDMI 2.0 which supports 4K @60Hz (which is infact less pixels than 5120x1440).

Does anyone have any advice on this?

Hello @userk1VShwIoZ7! Thank you for reaching out! HDMI 2.0 does support 4k at 60hz, but your monitor is an ultrawide screen, so it will only support up to 30hz. To get 60hz at that resolution HDMI 2.1 will be needed. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
