Galaxy Edge Book 4 - multiple presses to power on the laptop

There's no support system to report issues - 

It takes about 10 presses to power on the laptop Book 4 (snapdragon) - anyone else have the same problem?

The device is powered off, and then if I try to tap the power button nothing happens, but if I tap for 9 more times it will power on

Maybe push it harder or look at the bios
