Galaxy Edge 4 - Face signing - Windows says - can't find camera

I get this error trying to setup face signin - it says it cant find a camera:

Have you checked for updates? Maybe there are updates for the issues you are having.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If you are wanting to use windows hello facial recognition this laptop does not support that. You can however use the fingerprint sensor to store you fingerprint and sign in that way. The camera should still work on its on it just does not have the specs to support facial recognition.
