Are you pressing and holding the pairing button on the bottom of the case while scanning for bluetooth devices on your computer

How do you un pair. My phone, an S22 Ultra, tell me to use the app that came with the earbuds or an external speaker. There is no app. It paired just fine a long time ago now nothing and the "app" is non existent. Samsung if you read therbthn
