ComputersI got the book4 Edge about 15 days ago and unable to sign in to any Samsung app.
It says incorrect password when I try the usual way(Google sign in says some error like No website at address, QR code sign in just brings me back the sign in page).
When I called Samsung Support, they tried for 4 days to fix it and failed.
My account is working fine on my galaxy phone, galaxy tablet and galaxy watch. It's also working good on all the browsers.
When I called Samsung Support technical team says it's the issue with Account and transfer the call to Samsung Accounts team. Accounts team say that the account is alright as I'm able to sign in on other devices and also the browsers and again transfers the call the technical team. I have been running in circles to and fro without any proper resolution.
- Factory reset done 2 times (both local reset and cloud reset)
- Password reset done 2 times
- Tried my other Samsung account

Just my 2 cents you should be using your Microsoft account to sign in i.e windows as administrator by the way as for Samsung account issue that is strange why it isn't working maybe check your Samsung account for devices i.e registered
