I have a Samsung Chromebook 4 that updated to the latest 130 update and was excited because its suppose to include the new voice recorder app for all chromebooks. Well, after it updated I was disappointed to find there was no recorder app on my chromebook. Google says its for all chromebooks that received the latest 130 update but mine does not have it. Will it have it? Why not?
