Samsung Device Care & Live Wallpaper Windows App/Services Not Working

Hi, I'm having a strange problem connecting to these apps on my brand new galaxy book computer.

• Samsung Device Care - Can't check for updates as it returns a "No network connection, couldn't find any available networks pop up error"
• Live Wallpaper - Stuck on a loading animation that ends in a similar "Couldn't connect to Live Wallpaper, Try again later." pop up error

My pc is the galaxy book 5 pro.

What could be causing this?

Sounds like a connection issue. Check your wifi network. Try resetting your router and Galaxy book.

Yeah I forgot to say that there's nothing wrong with the network. All my devices are connected to it and as a matter of fact I'm posting this from my pc

Updates don't come from device care

I thought so too, but it just makes me wonder. Why that's the only option that's not working from the Samsung device care app.

If I could share a screenshot here of what Im seeing I would.

In settings at bottom software update tab is what you use to get updates not device care in device care i believe says when update was last checked but that's not used to check

Yes I know that 🙂 pc is updated to latest windows security version.

Still doesn't answer why I can't access live wallpaper with both services giving me the same error...
