Samsung Galaxy Pro book 360 Performance issues

Just bought this in US

Using it here in Singapore

keeps hanging especially when using Microsoft word

system is flashing circles on screen. Somethings happening in the background. 
takes a while to settle down before I can continue using the pro book

Hard to say without seeing a screenshot of what you're seeing. Have you tried ctrl+alt+del to see task manager to find any apps using high % of CPU or RAM?
