Samsung Galaxy book pro (15.6 inch) screen cracked within few months of moderate use. It is under warranty. I always keep it folded as I use it with an external monitor. So, for a very long time I didn't notice the crack. I noticed it when I tried using it without connecting it to the external monitor. The screen had very thin hairline crack and the screen never turned on. I find that so many people have complained about the same problem. Please help.
