Hi,

I had my Samsung Pen Pro NP930SBE repaired in 2019 (mainboard)
since then it works fine,  but now the original battery was suddenly
complete dead.

I purchased a new one, it worked a few days, and now the same,
battery complete dead!!???

(works only with power plug, the indicator led blinks green/orange,
if I remember right, then I must push the power butter, a few times
to get the machine started.

.... and I get it started only, when the usb c cable is plugged in on the right side!

Has anyone an idea what could be the reason for this two times complete
battery failure ???

Hello! I understand how your battery dying can be frustrating, especially with a new laptop. Since this is occurring this would be something that would require service. As this issue is hard to diagnose without having it looked at by a technician. You have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.
