I have a Galaxy Book 3 360 on Windows 11, Model NP750QFG-KA1US, and I just powered it up. The updates for Windows cycled thru, then an app called "Samsung Update Service" appeared and a BIOS update and one other firmware update successfully installed. I left for a few moments, and then came back and a DIFFERENT app, this time called "Samsung Update" -- the one from the Windows Store, I think -- was being installed without my doing anything. It was weird, but I didn't think anything of it.

A while later, the second app, "Samsung Update," came on and said drivers needed updating. This app did NOT detect my computer's model and asked me to pick it out, but the lettering was greyed out and I couldn't update anything. It also had a strange message in red saying that the app might not work with versions older than Windows 10 which is really weird, since mine was an 11.

I looked up the apps in "Add/Remove" and found the two versions. I removed and reinstalled the second one from the Windows Store "Samsung Update," but the same malfunction happened so I took it off entirely. Now in installed apps only "Samsung Update Service" is listed, but I weirdly cannot open or find that app in installed apps. I did not remove this, as I am unsure of its function with my computer.

I would really like to see what Samsung-specific updates have been installed. Could you help with any insight into this issue? Thank you!
