galaxy book 3 pro screen blanking briefly periodically when on battery

I just got model NP964XFG and it has worked great.  But, when I use it without the AC power supply connected the screen will periodically go black for few seconds and then come back.  It is unpredictable and annoying.  I have HDR off.

Is it a known issue?  All my drivers and Windows 11 Pro OS are updated.

I texted Samsung support at 800-726-7864 and they suggested I go to Settings->Display->Advanced display and set the refresh rate at 60Hz.

Below are the available options, mine was on Dynamic originally.  Set it to 60Hz and problem solved.
