I have apps that are telling me my OS is old and to update. When I go into Chrome About and check for updates it tells me you have the latest for this h/w. I'm at Version 108.0.5359.172 (Official Build) (64-bit) which is a January 2023 release. It's now March 2025 and my yahoo mail is telling me my OS is too old? this laptop has an i5 chipset and 4K display and it's too old? Samsung claims they will update until 2031 but looks like they really don't update compatability. Is there a way to override the auto update which tells me I'm up to date?
