Airplane mode not turning off and is light blue in colour and mobile data not working

I have a galaxy fold 2 which was working fine but now the airplane mode is not turning off and is light blue in colour also mobile data is not working even when there is a working sim card in the phone. How can I resolve this issue?

Try doing a network reset. You'll have to sign back in again to wifi, Bluetooth, etc. a mobile network reset. Not a complete factory reset.
