Flashlight does not work when using the camera flash notifications

I've turned on camera flash notification because it helps me determine my notification if it's a message, and now it doesn't even let me use the flash light when I need it on my Galaxy Zfold6 it used to work on my galaxy S23 Ultra, can you please tell me what to do and fix it please?... Maybe it's the new One UI 6.1.1?

It would say the following 

"Can't turn on flashlight because the light is being used by Camera flash notification"

Maybe switch to edge lighting instead of camera flash for notifications? If you need to distinguish your message notifications from other notifications, you can give it it's own sound.

I'm having the same issue with my fold 6. Even when I turn off the flash notifications, the flash light still doesn't work and gives the "Can't turn on flashlight because the light is being used by Camera flash notification" message.

Getting the same message. I downloaded a flashlight app from the app store and now it works just fine. I will use that until samsung figures it out.

Go to accessibility >Advanced Settings>Flash Notification.  Then toggle it off and back on. Flashlight will now work

Why can't I use the flashlight if I have flash notification enabled? That didn't happen before.

@Luzme Flash notification has nothing to do with enabling/disabling the Flashlight feature. Please provide more details on what you are trying to do.

As @LongHiker said it should work and I can confirm the flashlight does work with Flash Notification turned on

I know it doesn't have anything that affects the flash notification but I get a message that says I can't use the flashlight and sometimes I can use it.

The flashlight cannot be turned on because Camera Flash Notification is using the light.
