I need a technician, I bought a z fold 4 on Amazon but the camera was defective, when I take a photo it comes out blurry.

Ufix it is a authorized Samsung service center and they are all over the US. Or if it was new and has a warranty you can go through Samsung. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
