Fold & Flip PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We are sorry to hear the screen has cracked.
To power off the phone without the screen, follow these steps:
Press and hold the Power key (or Side key) and Volume down key simultaneously until the device shuts down. This simulates a battery pull and may take up to 60 seconds. If your phone or tablet is secured with a biometric security feature, you will need to enter your backup password or PIN after rebooting.
To have the screen repaired, You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.
If you purchased a Samsung Premium Care or Care+ membership with your device, this plan does cover physical damages. You can find more information about this plan here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/
