Update... I think the scanner itself is defective. It only unlocks if I push the button a certain way. Has to be perfect or it's not gonna register a touch at all. It's not even giving the "position your finger more on the sensor" error.
Woke up and now my scanner on my z fold 5 don't work. Was working when I went to bed. No updates. Restarted and cleared cache and nothing.
I would suggest using the diagnostic tests in the support tab on the bottom of the members app to test the scanner to see what it says if it fails testing you would need to contact a service center for repairs.
