Fold 5 No sounds

Hi, Recently had new update install on my phone but now has no sound. Can't receive or make calls. Turned phone off and on, Done factory reset a couple times with no success. Can anyone help with this. thanks

If you can't make or receive calls, take the phone to your carrier and complain that one of their updates **bleep** up your phone.
