Health on phone and watch very different

My watch shows that I've completed 50 min of work out and more than half my goal steps but phone shows 0 for work out and barely any steps.

Do you have the Sync with Samsung Cloud option turned on in the settings of Samsung Health on the phone?

I do. It finally updated but I had to turn my phone off and then back on.
