Anyone have issues with phone shutting off when closing flip 4 since this latest update?? My Flip 4 keeps shutting off completely since the update when folded. Tried everything including removing apps, clearing cache. No problem in Safe mode ๐คทโโ๏ธ Please put out a fix!
So when I put in Safe mode, phone works as intended. But when I take off Safe mode, it shuts off again when folded. Why would it work properly in Safe mode?
That would indicate a problem due to a third-party app that didn't come with the phone. Uninstall apps one at a time to see which one is causing the issue.
Now it shuts off even in Safe mode. Recommended repair center said very common issue with these phones and it's a spring issue. $400 + fix. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
