Keystroke to search in App Pop-up in phone screen

This is a bit different issue than Cmd+F search. Keystrokes in the app list pop-up would search apps in DeX UI, but not on phone UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect a physical keyboard to Samsung Galaxy (One UI 😎

2. Focus on the phone screen.

3. Press Cmd key. (Or swipe up in the middle of the home screen to open all app list)

4. Type something.

Expected Behavior:

1. It should search (filter) apps just like in DeX UI.

Actual Behavior:

1. It doesn't. It just focuses on an app on the screen and the keystrokes don't filter the apps.

Environment:

Galaxy Z Fold 7

One UI version 8.0

Android version 16

Dex Remaps keyboard inputs, so keyboard shortcuts arent necessarily going to trigger the same behavior when the phone is not in dex mode.

Anyway, it would be a better user experience. Tap Cmd key, search the app and launch it.

Consistency is always good. Though probably not high on Samsung's priority list, given the miniscule amount of users who are using a physical keyboard without also using dex

BTW, my previous post about Cmd+F is removed. I guess Samsung Members thought that this is duplicate. 😞 I'm not motivated enough to write the same post again.
